- Maintaining an archive of historic events;
- Analysing published data to share trends, statistics and predictive information about skydiving and indoor skydiving for use by our
customers and competition community.
This privacy notice tells you about the information we collect and process from competitions scored with InTime Scoring.
In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data.
We are Namespace Technologies. Our address is 25 Glenvale Villas, 16 Baker Road, Edenglen, Edenvale, 1609, South Africa.

Other than cookies, which are explained fully below, the only information we collect is that required for accurate and complete publishing of skydiving and indoor skydiving competition results in fulfilment of our agreement with our InTime Scoring customers.
When you enter a skydiving or indoor skydiving competition that is scored, recorded or managed on InTime Scoring, the organiser of that competition may publish the results to the InTime Scoring Results website. This is a product function and service provided to our InTime Scoring customers with their software licencing. We cannot pull that data without their consent and the transmission of results is an active function that they must initiate from the software programme, thereby consenting to the publishing thereof.
The following personal information is transmitted to, stored and displayed on our website:
- Name
- Nation represented
- Competitor or team photograph
- Scores and ranking achieved during the competition
We collect this information in order to:
- Publish the competition results as per our agreement with our customers, and for spectators and competitors to follow our sport’s competitions. This is the fundamental offering of the website.
- Analyse certain data to draw statistics and graphic replays of interest to competitors and spectators (comparative performances in given conditions, draw speeds, performance animations).
Information is stored in our database which is only accessible by our staff and displayed on the website as competition results. It is also processed by us to draw statistical information we think will interest competitors and followers of the sport, such as bust comparison graphs, and CP performance comparison graphs.
We display the results sent for that purpose and do not share the information in any other way.
We will publish team and competitor names and photographs as part of the results of the event.
We keep the result information indefinitely as a basic function of our site and agreed offering to InTime Scoring customers and event organisers. As results are added, so the accuracy of certain statistics improves. These statistics are provided for the benefit of competitors and the competitive community
If you wish us to delete the information, please contact us on intime@nspace.co.za

We will facilitate contact with the customer in question. You can also ask for it to be erased and you can ask for us to give you a copy of the information.
We are processing information based on our customer’s consent for us to do so, which they are required to have from competitors entering their events. You can ask us to stop using your information by withdrawing your consent. You can do this by emailing, writing or telephoning us using the contact details above.
